Founding Principal Daiva Miselis has over 30 years of experience in western ecology and habitat study. She is a Professional Wetland Scientist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from penn state university, and a Master of Science in Rangeland Ecology and Watershed Management from the University of Wyoming. 

Daiva manages Habitat and Restoration studies, projects, and permitting. Since 1999, she has helped people navigate complicated resource laws that protect mountain landscapes.

Tambi Katieb is the Principal of Land Planning Collaborative.  Tambi has over 30 years of experience as a planner in a variety of roles. He holds professional Certification and has a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Planning from SRU, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.

Tambi has served as a regional planner in Pennsylvania, an environmental policy planner and Director of Community Development in Eagle County and Avon, Colorado.  He co-founded Watershed Environmental Consultants in 1999, and has provided planning, project management and strategy services since 2006.
